Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer extension and pre-employment checks.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future manufacturing needs.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and industry events to enhance employer branding and attract talent.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques to attract passive manufacturing talent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, environments, and industry-specific requirements.
• Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or production roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant or facility.
• Understanding of common manufacturing safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems commonly used in manufacturing organizations.
