Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? ProHealth Wellness Group is expanding our team and looking for part-time to full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are available Monday–Friday .

• Provide individualized, assent-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Teach daily living skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, respecting their culture and unique backgrounds.
• Deliver therapy in various settings, including the home, clinic, community, or school .
• Make a real and lasting impact on children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

What We Offer:

• RBT training after completion of the 40-hour RBT course.
• Ongoing training in managing challenging behaviors.
• Opportunity to earn fieldwork hours (restricted & unrestricted) for those working toward BCBA certification.

Schedule:

• Minimum of 15 hours/week.
• Optional extended hours available depending on client needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training and ability to pass the RBT exam.
• Eligible for Nevada RBT licensure within one month of hire.
• Clear background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to engage positively with families and coworkers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical play (run, jump, crawl, etc.).
• Willingness to work with clients who may engage in aggressive behaviors.

With over 11 years of experience, we serve more than 315 clients with a team of over 20 professionals. Our services include counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, basic skills training, Reiki healing, and case management. We are expanding our services to include ABA therapy, group therapy, massage therapy, and speech therapy.
