Job Description
Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Registered Nurse** to work at a Facility in **Mount Vernon, NY** . This is a registry position with our company.
**Pay Rate:** $55 / hour
*W2
**Shift Details:**
Coverage may be requested during the regular school day, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., depending on the school location.
Staffing is provided on an as-needed basis.
The District may request full-day or half-day coverage.
**Candidate Submission Requirements (Due With Proposal):**
To meet the State's minimum bid qualifications, we are required to submit the following with our proposal:
+ Current résumé for each proposed Registered Nurse (RN)
+ Copy of each candidate's active New York State nursing license (RN)
+ Proof of required licenses and/or certifications for each candidate (e.g., CPR/BLS, clinical certifications)
+ Evidence of each candidate's nursing experience and qualifications.
+ Description of experience with school districts and/or medically fragile student populations (if applicable)
+ Names and credentials of all individuals who may be assigned to the School District
