You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Join our Benefits call center team! **Requirements** We're looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: + Previous customer service and/or call center experience + Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency + Excellent communication skills + Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding + Great problem-solving skills + Ability to effectively multi-task + High school diploma or GED + Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred + Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday + Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program + Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)    + Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router    + Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY   We are currently **NOT** hiring in the following geographies:   + States: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY  Metro Areas: MN - Minneapolis, IL - Chicago, NY - New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC, CO - Denver, CO **Below is what you'll need to do to be considered for this position. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
