Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure raw data, turning chaos into clarity.
• Design, develop, and optimize data systems and pipelines for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows using tools like AWS, Airflow, and SQL.
• Create dynamic dashboards with Tableau, Grafana, or Databricks to monitor key infrastructure metrics.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to meet complex business needs.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve data quality and process efficiency.
• Develop analytical tools that provide actionable insights into infrastructure performance and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python (bonus points for Go expertise).
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data warehouses like Hive or Databricks.
• Expertise in data modeling, mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience building and automating data pipelines with Airflow.
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
