Residential Support Worker - $27/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and social engagement
• Support individuals in behavioral and habilitative programs to enhance well-being
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment, reporting concerns as needed
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and provide crisis intervention when necessary
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings as required

Requirements:

• 3+ months of experience in direct care or a related support role
• Reliable transportation to commute to Greenfield, MA
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
