The Opportunity: As a Certified Sales Arborist with RTEC, you'll embark on a journey that merges your consultative sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will:
- Start in a Sales Assistant role to build arboricultural knowledge and sales experience before transitioning into a full client-facing position.
- Grow professionally through continued training and certification, while representing RTEC with professionalism, care, and adaptability.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach, meeting sales goals across tree care, PHC, and lawn services.
- Inspect properties and provide expert recommendations, educating clients on tailored care plans and seasonal strategies.
- Develop clear proposals and job plans, coordinating with production and scheduling teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Who You Are: - ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification).
- Experience in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Naturally curious and coachable, with a growth mindset and “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communicator—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Personable, scrappy, and adaptable—ready to wear multiple hats in a small business setting.
