What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with potential business customers. Your mission: spark interest, qualify leads, and schedule product demos for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with uncapped growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and research businesses in the Orlando area and beyond
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and text
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns
Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
0–2 years of sales experience (tech, telecom, or door-to-door a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a coachable mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and outreach tools
High energy, positive attitude, and driven to succeed
Based in or willing to relocate to the Orlando area
