About the role:

As a Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Keeping a clean and organized workspace
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Booking appointments over phone and email
• Responding to emails and voicemails
• Assisting with group bookings and inventory management
• Ensuring the studio and equipment meet company standards
• Confidently processing transactions and cash handling
• Assisting with setting up/breaking down technician stations
• Understanding our products, services, and retail inventory

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively use booking and point of sale systems
• Strong knowledge of services offered and retail sold
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds

Hi! Our names are Landon and Kat Eckles. In addition to freecoat, we currently own and operate an organic juice bar franchise called Clean Juice, with 100+ locations across the country. Through this journey, we were introduced to the freecoat studios and fell in love with the high standards and beautiful aesthetic environment the brand offered. We are thrilled to expand our portfolio with this concept as it aligns with our mission, which is to inspire others to be healthy in body and strong in spirit (3 John 1:2). We also host a health & wellness based podcast called #BeOrganic and spend all of our free time outside of work with our 5 amazing children.
