Muse Cosmetic Institute is looking to add a new Salon Coordinator to its team. You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. \

Essential Job Duties:\
\
Greet all guests enthusiastically and professionally\
Answer the phone and schedule appointments for the student stylists\
Take and deliver messages\
Accept payments\
Assist with sales of products\
Maintain the school's image\
Other administrative tasks\
The ideal candidate will have:\

Excellent customer service skills\
High school diploma or equivalent\
Front office experience\
Competence in computer skills\
Friendly and outgoing personality\
Maintain professional appearance\
Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality\
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times\
Clear and effective communication skills\
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.\
Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus\
