**Description** JOB TITLE:  Scale Operator At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. JOB SUMMARY The Scale House Operator is responsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound live haul trucks, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring all load information is correctly documented in the facility's tracking system. This role serves as a key communication point between truck drivers, live haul crews, and plant personnel to support efficient and safe operations. Duties include verifying load tickets, monitoring truck flow, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and safety protocols, and resolving discrepancies in weights or documentation. The Scale House Operator must demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliable data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating truck traffic. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Weigh live haul trucks in and out -Create scale house tickets as required - Monitor scale for proper operation. - Input weight tickets as required. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work in fast paced environment. - Rudimentary keyboard skills. - Excellent eye-hand coordination - Strong Communication Skills EOE, including disability/vets
