We’re hiring school bus drivers and charter bus drivers to safely transport students, sports teams, and group charters. Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly part-time job during the school year or extra hours driving to events, Lamers has the opportunity for you.
Paid CDL Training: No experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you earn your Commercial Driver’s License.
Flexible Hours: Morning, afternoon, and noon routes available. Plus, charter driving opportunities on evenings and weekends.

Safely operate a school bus or charter bus on assigned routes.
Drive students to and from school, sports practices, and events.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
Ensure a safe and positive experience for all passengers.
A friendly and reliable driver with strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years and a good driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
Earn additional income by driving charters for sports teams, weddings, field trips, and other special events.
