Position Description

You will serve as the Government Special Access Program Security Officer (GSSO) and play a critical role in managing and safeguarding highly sensitive national security information within a (SAP) environment. The duties involve implementing, overseeing, and ensuring strict compliance with security protocols designed to protect classified information beyond standard classified levels. The incumbent is responsible for the overarching management of the security efforts conducted in the FRCSE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will identify, control, and protect classified or sensitive government information.
• You will conducts and document regular self-inspections of Special Access Program facilities and operations, in addition to regular reporting of completed corrective action plans through appropriate channels.
• You will establish and implement security plans and procedures (such as Standard Operating Procedures, Electronic System Security, SAP technology maintenance processes and OPSEC plans) for FRCSE personnel and facilities that support advance material.
