Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst (JDE)

No Sponsorship, C2C, H1B, OPT etc - must be USC or Green Card Holder for Consideration.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in JDE (JD Edwards) to work onsite in Irvine CA (Hybrid Environment) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with ERP - JD Edwards, WMS JDA/BlueYonder.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain functional design documents and specifications for JDE system enhancements and customizations
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of changes and updates to the JDE system
• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide training and support to end-users on JDE system functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the JDE system
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in JDE system implementation and maintenance
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior business systems analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of systems design and test experience with some related leadership experience.
• Experience working in core distribution business processes such as: Sales to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting (AP/AR), and Warehouse Management
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
• Ability to configure and test with the users.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
• Proficiency in JDE modules such as Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
