Overview:

Job Purpose

The ICE Mortgage Technology Senior Encompass Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization’s best practices, the consultant will aid in the configuration and implementation of ICE solutions. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions and a working knowledge of Encompass software.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
• Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products
• Provide recommendations and function as a subject matter expert
• Assist with system configuration
• Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines.
• Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processes.
• Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them
• Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions
• Ability to lead projects to completion
• Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites as needed

 

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience implementing software solutions preferred
• Consulting experience or equivalent preferred
• Working knowledge of Encompass required
• Strong presentation skills required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Mortgage experience required
• Strong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred
