Salary Range: $100000 - $125000

Job Summary

Working as a Senior   Executive Chef , you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-volume B&I operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage high-end catering events, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training programs.
• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with adjacent teams
• Establish and maintain good rapport with staff, clients, guests, and other departments.
• Manage financial acumen for all areas, including financial reporting with sales reports, P&L reports, writing and adhering to annual budgets, and cash handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Eight to Ten years of upscale food service experience 
• Proven experience in high-volume B&I operations and high-end catering.
• Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
