Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in creating highly scalable UI solutions based on microservices architecture. This role offers a unique opportunity to build new products from the ground up. You will collaborate with a highly skilled cross-functional team to enhance our core banking platform.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Provide estimates and actively participate in the sprint planning process.
Develop highly secure solutions.
Optimize the performance of the existing codebase and conduct peer code reviews.
Collaborate closely with the technical lead and team members to design and plan components and interaction patterns, actively participating in design discussions and decision-making processes.
Engage in technical and architectural discussions about our front-end applications.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in front-end development and knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Proficiency in writing and working with REST APIs.
Ability to collaborate with other cross-functional teams working on features for our customers.
Familiarity with automated build pipelines, continuous integration, or continuous delivery.
Proven experience using code repositories such as GitHub.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with UX designers and Product owners to deliver the best user experience for our customers.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality code using automated tests for unit tests and end-to-end tests (using Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
5+ years of experience in web application development using Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing.
Familiarity with deploying to cloud providers and container-based distributed systems (Docker).
