Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with deep expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and IBM WebSphere to drive end-to-end delivery of complex data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in leading technical teams, designing integration architectures, and managing full-scale implementation efforts across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee large-scale data integration projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Design, architect, and validate data integration solutions, including data workflows, mappings, transformations, and system interfaces.
Provide hands-on leadership in ETL processes, including design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Utilize deep expertise in IBM WebSphere (integration, middleware, and related components) to guide solution design and integration strategy.
Direct and mentor cross-functional technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and delivery timelines.
Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, from requirements gathering through deployment, testing, and production support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, PMO, architects, and business teams to ensure project success and high-quality deliverables.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of complex technical challenges.
Oversee documentation, reporting, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and enterprise-scale system implementation.
Strong hands-on expertise with IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Integration Bus, MQ, or related middleware).
Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional project groups.
Deep knowledge of ETL tools, data pipelines, data modeling, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery frameworks, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms or data services.
Knowledge of API-driven integrations, microservices, or modern middleware architectures.
Experience with performance tuning, scalability design, and large-volume data movement.
