Join Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling as a Sewer & Drain Line Installer in Charleston, W V

Join a skilled and dedicated team where you’ll play a vital role in installing and repairing main sewer and branch drain lines for both residential and commercial customers. In this position, you’ll use your mechanical expertise and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality service, ensuring safe and reliable sewer and drain line solutions for our community.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Excavating with machinery or shovels to repair or replace lines
• Installing, replacing, or repairing sewer and drain lines in customer facilities and homes
• Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively, including concrete saws and power tools
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication to maintain strong client relationships

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, working condition
• Provide your own basic hand tools
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends
• Work in various weather conditions and complete tasks safely and efficiently

Competencies for Success

• 1–3 years of residential and/or commercial sewer and drain line experience
• Knowledge of sewer and drain systems and repair methods
• Experience operating excavation machinery (preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills with hand and power tools
• Plumbing license (preferred, not required)
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
• Valid driver’s license with insurability under company policy
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
