Job Description:
Are you a charismatic and outgoing individual with a passion for nightlife? We’re seeking enthusiastic Shot Salespersons to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to control your earnings while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a starting bank; if you don’t have one, we can provide it
• Arrive 10 minutes before your shift begins
• Engage with groups to promote and sell shots, ensuring all patrons are 21 years or older
• Regularly check on used shot tubes; retrieve them immediately or make rounds to see if guests are ready for another round
• Set up and attend to VIP customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service
• Keep the area tidy by picking up and disposing of any trash around the bar
• Collaborate with fellow Shot Sales Representatives to plan who will handle birthday celebrations on stage during the show
• Share responsibilities for washing shot tubes mid-shift, if needed
• Report any issues to the night manager
• Wash shot tubes in the back according to posted safety procedures
• Collect any shot tubes from around the bar, checking sinks on the dance side
• Clean up trash from tables and the deck as you go
• Return any unsold shots to the fridge and have a manager note this on the inventory sheet
• Process money with the manager at the end of your shift
• Ensure all clean dishes are stored properly, with no shot tubes left in sinks

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation Package:

• Tipped wage + 20% Commission on all Sales

Schedule: Weekend Nights
