Now Hiring: Skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator
Location: Cleveland, Ohio | Type: Full-Time

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our team and play a key role in building high-quality metal structures that meet the highest safety and performance standards.

What You'll Do:
Interpret and understand project blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
Measure and cut metal components to exact dimensions using hand tools, plasma cutters, and metal cutting machines.
Use MIG welding techniques to expertly join metal parts.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet design specs, structural integrity, and safety codes.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with welding equipment and metalworking tools.

Requirements:
Steel toe boots (PPE required).
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
