Job Title: Special Events Assistant
Position Reports to: Resort Manager, Assistant Resort Manager and Director of Special Events
Job Summary: This is a full-time position May 20th-End of October with part-time work available outside of these dates depending on weddings and events.
Responsible for facilitation of all aspects of on-site activities, weddings, seminars, workshops, and member activities. Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and reservations to provide a successful outcome. Attend to guests needs in a professional manner with a high level of integrity and service. Provide general event support in planning, coordinating, and implementing all events, programs, and ceremonies as assigned, including resort wide special events.
