Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including maintaining and reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Assist with tax filings.
• Assist with payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
