Job Description

Craft and Technical Solutions, a nationwide Marine and Industrial Staffing Company, is seeking 1st Class Marine Structural Welders in Bremerton, WA. 

**30-35/hr + $846/wk per diem**

Qualifications:

• Top pay requires 8 years of structural welding experience.
• Proficient in flux core and stick welding (2G, 3G, 4G).
• Skilled in reading blueprints, weld symbols, and technical manuals.
• Familiar with ceramic backing and various metals and weld processes.
• Able to fabricate, align, and assemble structural parts (plates, bulkheads, frames).

Requirements:

• Shipbuilding experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Able to lift 50 lbs independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
