Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing & serving food
• Collects payment from guest.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, and beverage station, restroom, etc.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
