Job Description

A Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Suwannee, GA.
The successful Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer will come from a Fluid Control or Valve Company inside position and will need experience selling Valves and Fluid Handling products.

Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

Driven by a strong focus on customer service, with 2 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales or customer support within an industrial setting.
Experience with valves, flow control, or related industrial products is highly preferred.
Strong relationship-building abilities, with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, with solid computer literacy.
Skilled in maintaining frequent and professional communication with a wide distribution network via calls and emails.
Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness when addressing customer needs.
Able to interpret technical specifications and clearly communicate them both internally and externally.
Prioritizes accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Technical Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager / Inside Sales Engineer Requirements:
Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience with CRM and ERP/MRP systems is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and environments.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong documentation capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resides within 45 minutes of Suwannee, GA.
