Key Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery
• Review engineering prints, bills of materials, and work instructions to accurately build products
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, tube benders, press brakes, and hand tools
• Inspect parts for defects such as scratches or dents, ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations
• Utilize the ERP system for work orders and production documentation
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or assembly in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Some TIG welding experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work with hands throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $20- $27 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
