Role Specifics and Benefits
As an ER RN in this assignment, your core responsibilities will include rapid patient assessment, triage using standardized protocols, airway management and stabilization, administration of medications and procedures per protocol, comprehensive documentation in the electronic medical record, and seamless transfer or admission coordination.
