Job Title: Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri (7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
Travel Pay Range: $57–$65/hour
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hyannis, MA. The therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitative care, deliver evidence-based therapy treatments, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support optimal patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and establish clear treatment goals.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Perform diagnostic assessments related to muscle, nerve, and joint function.
Administer therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
Document patient care, treatment responses, and communications accurately.
Provide education on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and home care programs.
Support and mentor PT Assistants, Aides, and students as needed.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards.
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and continuing education.
Record daily patient activity and associated charges.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Specialist Certification in a clinical practice area
Experience in rehab program planning, staff development, or clinical guidance
