Job Description

-Position: UI/UX Designer

-Rate: max daily 428 EUR/day gross depending on experience

-Client: European Commission

We can consider only EU Nationals, due to security clearance requirement.

• Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 16 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 5 years of with modern component-based frameworks such as Angular or React;
• Minimum 5 years of experience with designing and implementing user-centric interfaces for complex business web applications, ensuring responsive and mobile-first layouts;
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in HTML/CSS;
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics);
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in prototyping, wireframing, interaction flows, information architecture and user testing;
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Confluence and Jira;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Collaborating closely with backend developers to ensure seamless user experiences and functional coherence;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, adhering to web standards and accessibility guidelines;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with microservices, architecture in the cloud and modelling tools;
• The following certifications are required: Participatory design (design sprints, visual conversation), Agile, User centred design, Component-based frameworks, Usability and accessibility standards;
• Excellent command of the English language
