AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and intuitive designs for our hospitality platform. This includes websites, mobile (web) apps, and in-room systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing digital experiences, a relentless curiosity for emerging technologies and trends, as well as an eagerness to iterate rapidly in a highly agile environment.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
Develop high-fidelity user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and easy to use
Work with developers to implement designs and ensure that they meet technical requirements
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design
