Primary Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist members, guests, and employees in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Safely operate the employee shuttle vehicle along assigned routes and schedules
3. Follow all club policies, local traffic laws, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
4. Provide timely pick-up and drop-off service for employees before, during, and after work shifts
5. Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage vehicles in designated areas while maintaining a high level of care and attention.
6. Maintain awareness of club events, dining reservations, and traffic flow to anticipate service needs.
7. Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
8. Issue and collect automobile claim tickets.
9. Ensures all tickets are filled out completely with description of make, color, model, and parking space number of vehicle
10. Follow established key control procedures.
11. Communicate effectively with fellow attendants, security, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless member service.
