Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. **POSITION REPORTS TO:** Operations Manager **POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION:** Nil **KEY RELATIONSHIPS:** Internal: Reservations, Guest Relations, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Kitchen External: Guests **PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:** To ensure high satisfaction of dining experience. , **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **_(Include but not limited to:)_** + Greet all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity. + Coordinate set up of dining areas as per reservations received. + Coordinate food delivery, bussing, and services at the dining room. + Solicit and upsell beverage at the dining room and the bar. + Have good knowledge of local area. + Be attentive to all guest requests. + Contact Managers when problems arise. + Ensure inventory of supplies and condiments are stocked. + Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar area. + Report to Manager for faulty operating equipment. + Report all Guest complaints to Manager. + Attend to meetings. + Attend to adhoc tasks delegated by Manager. + Have basic knowledge of prepare cocktails and beverages. **KEY POSITION CRITERIA:** + Able to work in multi-cultural environment. + Good communication skills. + Good Interpersonal Skills. + Ability to use POS. + Fluent in Japanese. + Second foreign language is preferred. **Where Memories Start with You** Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
