We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the night shift operations. In this role, you will lead a team of six warehouse employees, ensuring efficient material management and supply to support production schedules and guarantee timely shipment of intermediate and finished products.
Direct and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff during the night shift
Ensure accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials
Monitor workflows to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines
Enforce and promote company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Uphold food safety and health & safety standards across all warehouse operations
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve processes
High School Diploma or equalivent
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping procedures
Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Willingness to work full-time night shifts
