About Actikare As an Actikare caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping them maintain independence in a safe, supportive home environment. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA) * Flexible work schedules * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & sick leave * Free continuing education and training * Supportive and professional team environment Job Responsibilities * Provide pleasant and supportive companionship * Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor’s appointments) * Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members * Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations Requirements * Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program * Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English * U.S. work authorization (required) * Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism * Compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner * Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Physical ability to perform required job duties Schedule & Job Type * Expected hours: 30 per week, with opportunities up to 40 hours * Job Types: Full-time and Part-time Equal Opportunity Employer Actikare Responsive In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
