Cabana Snack Bar Attendant
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Cabana/Snack Bar Attendant to join our team at Willow Point. As an attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a delightful experience by providing excellent service at our poolside cabana and snack bar.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pool area or cabana window.
- Take food and beverage orders from members and guests.
- Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and meals promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabana and pool-side dining areas.
- Restock supplies (such as napkins, straws, condiments, and other items) as needed.
- Adhere to sanitation practices and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays (as needed).
- Lifting and carrying items (such as trays, plates, and supplies).
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
