Closer – High-Earning Sales Role with Fast-Track to Leadership
Location: Knoxville, TN (All work within 2 hours of Knoxville)

Ollin Home Solutions has been helping homeowners upgrade their homes with high-quality, energy-efficient vinyl windows for over 25 years. We're growing fast in Knoxville and looking for a motivated Closer —someone ready to take charge of their success and quickly move into a leadership role.

The Opportunity

You'll start by generating your own leads through door-to-door sales and closing your own deals. Once you:
✅ Close 5+ self-generated sales
✅ Maintain at least a 50% close rate on qualified leads

…you'll transition into a full-time closer role , handling company-generated, pre-qualified appointments, while continuing to self-generate for higher earnings.

What You'll Do

• Make at least 25 quality contacts each day within 2 hours of Knoxville.
• Present and close high-value window projects by building trust and educating homeowners.
• Track and improve your closing rate through training and real-world experience.
• Step into a leadership role by mentoring appointment setters once you meet performance goals.
• Continue closing company-provided appointments alongside your own leads for maximum earnings.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Sales Professionals – Door-to-door experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Closer – Consistently closes 50% or more of qualified leads.
• Self-Starter – Thrives in commission-based roles and drives their own success.

Schedule & Requirements

Local role – all work within 2 hours of Knoxville, TN .
Minimum of 25 contacts made daily .
5 days per week, Saturdays required .
No travel outside the local area .
