Job Details

The X-Ray Technologist performs day-to-day activities in general radiography procedures. Perform a wide variety of technical procedures with quality patient care, assisting Physicians as needed. Communicate findings to Radiologists as appropriate.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

K ey Responsibilities:

• Perform digital x-ray exams on patient’s to the level of our productivity standards.
• Utilize collimation on every image and filtration when necessary.
• Follows all physician protocols.
• Document and maintain daily patient x-ray exams as required by the State of Florida rules and regulations.
• Maintain radiology injectables for special procedures.
• Assist physicians with Special procedures.
• Order supplies and equipment, ensuring all is kept at a minimum par level.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain Florida License and ARRT License by adhering to CEU responsibilities.
