Job Summary:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales. Your leadership will help create a fun and engaging environment for both employees and customers.
Job Type: 20-25 hours weekly - Seasonal
Salary: $18-$21hr
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
Train, and manage store staff, ensuring a positive team culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
