Radius Global Solutions is currently hiring Call Center Customer Service Rep to join our Thorofare, NJ Team. Our average representative makes $60,000 to $70,000 per year (base salary up $16 per hour plus average monthly incentive of $5,700 per month) .

Must live within 50-mile radius preferably.

Qualifications for the Call Center Customer Service Rep:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing preferred.

• Proven ability and desire to help people.

• Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.

• Engaging and enthusiastic personality.

• Confident, clear and effective communication style.

• High School Diploma or GED are required.

• Bilingual candidates are a plus!
