Job Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to support our Dental Advisors Team, providing outsourced accounting services to dental practice owners. You’ll manage multiple clients, contribute to month-end close processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end accounting for assigned clients, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with internal financial statements Research and resolve account discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized client financial records Support internal projects and collaborate across teams Identify and provide solutions to non-routine accounting and tax matters Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (including G/L and reporting) Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently Preferred: Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in accounting Certified QuickBooks Online Advisor Experience working remotely and collaboratively across teams
