What our Small and Medium Business Sales Representative Enjoy Most About the Role

  • Enhancing the customer experience by promptly responding to inbound sales calls and meeting call handling metrics. 
  • Developing sales proposals, maximizing revenue and maintaining accurate sales databases. 
  • Collaborating with support groups to complete sales, resolve issues and determine serviceability. 
  • Offering bundled services, educating customers on products and maintaining current technical knowledge. 
  • Exceeding monthly sales goals through a consultative approach and staying informed about competitors' products.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 1 year of professional work experience & sales experience
  • Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional 
  • Experience in selling video (TV), data (internet), and voice (telephone) services

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of cable communications products and services 
  • Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results 
  • Flexibility to work varied hours 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience selling Voice, Data, and Video solutions in the SMB market 
  • 2+ years of call center sales experience in a B2B and/or telecommunications industry

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400 .
