We are currently searching for talented Business Support Assistants to join fast-paced departments at our Carson headquarters. This might be an entry-level position, but the view is fantastic! Providing key operational and administrative support to a variety of departments, you will get the inside-picture of how a multimillion-dollar company functions day to day.

This position requires strong administrative skills, a customer-service orientation, and an ability to learn on your feet. If you are an incredibly organized individual who wants to learn new skills in a challenging yet fun environment—and you have a passion for helping others and pitching in where needed—then don't pass up this opportunity!

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
• College degree preferred
• Strong administrative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy
• Capacity for providing outstanding customer service
• Great sense of urgency

• Hourly: $18-$21 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
