SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct care services to adults with an IDD diagnosis such as meal preparations, feeding, bathing, changings, administering medication, group outings, and other various activities
* Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
* Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
* Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* HS Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience
* Active CNA license through Virginia Board of Nursing
* Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
* CPR/First Aid Certification
* TB required
