SHRS, Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a funded project focused on improving service delivery for individuals with early-stage Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The Research Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of all phases of the study, including oversight of Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and compliance, participant recruitment, screening, and informed consent. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful research that addresses critical gaps in dementia care and directly supports the health and independence of older adults and their caregivers. Responsibilities will include coordinating and tracking participant engagement, conducting data collection through interviews, surveys, and assessments, and maintaining accurate study documentation and databases. The Research Coordinator will also assist with data management, quality assurance, and reporting to ensure study milestones are met on time and in accordance with regulatory standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
