Seven Grams Caffé is a premium coffee roastery and artisanal bakery with three locations in NYC (Flatiron, West SoHo, and Chelsea). We’ve made New York Magazine’s “What to Eat, Drink, and Read Right Now” list, and have been dubbed “irresistible” by The New York Times. Most importantly, we live, breathe, and dream coffee. A Little About What We’re Looking For

As our brand continues to rapidly grow, we’re looking for a talented and motivated General Manager/ Barista to join our team!

What makes our dream General Manager?

- You can jump right in and make the perfect cortado. That likely means you have 3-year (or more) experience in a specialty coffee environment, and that you can operate a manual espresso machine like La Marzocco in your sleep.
- You can dial-in mean shots and produce beautiful latte art and you’re super passionate about all-things-coffee.
- You’re fun to work with and to be around. We’d be happy to wake up early in the morning to work a shift with you, and you’ll always provide our customers with a friendly and welcoming experience.
- You have previous experience with managing inventory and doing stock count
- You can manage store stock and place orders with vendors
- You're able to preform opening and closing shift and manage the day to day operation
- You’re proactive, invested in what you do, and take pride in your craft.
- You have availability to work weekends.
- A must have: Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate.
