Job Title: Compassionate and Effective CNA/Very Experienced PCA Caregiver – Part-Time Location: Herndon, VA | In-Home Care Company: Always Best Care of Fairfax Work Schedule:

• Sunday – Wednesday : 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or
• Wednesday – Sunday : 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA or PCA to support a valued recovering client in Herndon, VA. This part-time role offers a consistent weekly schedule and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship with a client who values companionship and quality care. Position Overview As an Always Best Care of Fairfax Care Professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily living activities and enhancing the client’s overall well-being. This includes both personal care and supportive tasks such as transportation, companionship, and light housekeeping. Occasional outings to physical therapy, doctor's appointments, and errands are part of the routine, so a reliable vehicle and driving comfort are essential. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and IADLs
• Must be able to transfer 200 lbs.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition or behavior
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• CNA license or PCA certificate (preferred)
• Experience supporting clients who are fall risks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail
