Entry Level Construction Laborer

Local well-established construction company is looking for construction laborers and storm drain, pipe layers to join their team! If you are looking for a "job" and not a "career" you need not apply! Serious candidates only!

Pay: $16-$19/hr depending on experience and skillset

Hours: Typical hours are M-F, 7am-5pm, however may require more hours when trying to finish a job on-time. Hours may change to nights during some jobs due to safety reasons. 

Duties include:

• Responsible for helping prepare the land for new builds.
• Duties include raking, shoveling, digging trenches, and grading the dirt.
• Learn how to lay storm drain and build retention ponds.
• Growth opportunity when candidate learns; how to lay storm drain, how to use Heavy Equipment, how to shoot grades and how to read blueprints.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and on-time to assigned site.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as needed.
• A career mindset.
• Must have your own transportation to get to and from work.
• Work well independently and as a team. 
• Follow direction from supervisors.
• Attention to surroundings and detail are required to be successful in this role. 
• Candidate must be capable of working in extreme heat or cold throughout the seasons.
