Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:

• Coordinate scheduling of trade partners, inspections, and deliveries, to complete each project on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members and trade partners.
• Effectively prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure access to homes, organization and neatness of construction materials, location of site equipment, and trash removal.
• Identify and solve problems, organize job site meetings, and cooperate with team members in various roles as necessary.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
• Travel between multiple job sites.

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

Basic Qualifications:

• Carpentry skills- Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in carpentry, the ability to use hand and power tools, read blueprints and diagrams, measure and perform mathematical calculations, and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Broad, thorough understanding of residential construction industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain construction schedule.
• Functions effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential remodeling and/or custom home building preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required).
