**Job Title: 3rd Shift PM Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Shift PM Mechanic to play a critical role in maintaining the distribution center. This position requires strong expertise in conveyors and troubleshooting to ensure machinery is in optimal working order, especially during peak seasons.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond and resolve service calls, providing mechanical and technical support.
+ Troubleshoot automated material handling system components.
+ Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes without direct supervision.
+ Execute mechanical and lubrication tasks on automated material handling equipment.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on various equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
+ Assist in formulating preventative maintenance standards and provide feedback on work order discrepancies.
+ Utilize tools and instruments for repairs and maintenance on conveying systems.
+ Participate in cleaning the conveyor systems and maintenance area.
+ Perform general facility maintenance tasks such as light plumbing and electrical repairs.
+ Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and lifts.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance on industrial manufacturing process/production equipment.
+ Strong mechanical skills with ability to troubleshoot hands-on.
+ Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Command of safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.

**Work Environment**
This is a 3rd shift position from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., with initial training on the 1st shift. The role involves frequent physical activities such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods in sometimes extreme temperatures. Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Technician and Facilities Manager.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, NJ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
